宫颈癌组织中Survivin、Fas与FasL蛋白的表达

摘    要:目的:检测宫颈鳞状细胞癌(SCC)组织中Survivin、Fas及FasL蛋白的表达.方法:采用免疫组化法检测8例正常宫颈组织、13例不典型增生(CIN)组织和36例SCC组织中Survivin、Fas与FasL蛋白的表达.结果:正常宫颈组织Survivin蛋白的阳性表达率为0.00%,CIN为53.64%,SCC为94.44%,3组间相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);正常宫颈组织Fas蛋白的阳性表达率(87.50%)与CIN(46.15%)和SCC(44.44%)相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);正常官颈组织FasL蛋白阳性表达率(25.00%)低于GIN(61.53%)和SCC(55.56%)组织(P<0.05).结论:在宫颈细胞的恶变和进展过程中,失控的Fas与FasL系统和与其相关的Survivin的表达对细胞逃逸凋亡起重要作用.

Abstract:Aim: To detect the expression of Survivin, Fas and FasL in cervical squamous cell carcinoma(SCC) tissue.Methods:The expressions of Survivin, Fas and FasL in 8 cases of normal cervix, 13 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 36 cases of SCC tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rates of survivin in normal cervix, CIN and SCC tissue were 0.00%, 53.64%, 94.44%, respectively, and there was significant difference between each 2 groups (P<0.05). The positive rate of Fas in normal cervical tissue (87.50%) was significantly higher than that in CIN (46.15%) and SCC (44.44%), P<0.05. The positive rate of FasL in normal cervical tissue (25.00%) was significantly lower than that in CIN (61.53%) and SCC (55.56%), P<0.05.Conclusion: Deregulated Fas/FasL system and expression of Survivin in SCC may play an important role in the development of SCC.
