胃肠道神经内分泌瘤组织10种抗原的表达

摘    要:目的 :探讨胃肠道神经内分泌瘤组织 10种抗原的表达。方法 :采用免疫组化ABC法 ,观察 5 2例胃肠道神经内分泌瘤组织中胰多肽、生长抑素、胃泌素、蛙皮素、五羟色胺、血管活性肽、降钙素、神经特异性烯醇化酶、癌胚抗原、角蛋白等 10种抗原标记的表达。结果 :胰多肽、生长抑素、五羟色胺、蛙皮素、胃泌素阳性标记率随组织分化降低而降低。除蛙皮素外 ,其他抗原表达强阳性者均分布于典型类癌组。血管活性肽与降钙素的阳性标记率随组织分化下降而上升 (P <0 .0 5 )。神经特异性烯醇化酶与角蛋白在各型中分布较为均匀 (P >0 .0 5 )。癌胚抗原的阳性标记率随肿瘤组织形态分化的降低而上升 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且与肿瘤的浸润有关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :应用多种抗原标记有助于对胃肠道神经内分泌瘤的生物学行为及预后的判断

Abstract:Aim:To observe the expression of ten different kinds of gastro intestinal neuroendocrine tumor antigens.Methods:The expression of antigens(HPP, Somatostatin, N Gastrin, Bombesin, Serotonin, VIP, CT, NSE, CEA, Keratin) were examined in 52 cases of gastro intestinal neuroendocrine tumor by the immunohistochemical ABC method.Results:The positive expression rates of HPP, Somatostatin, Serotonin, Bombesin, and N Gastrin decreased with the decreasing of tumor differentiation, among these 5 antigens, 4 antigens except Bombasin were highly expressed and were all distributed in the group of typical carcinoid. The expression rates of VIP and CT increased with the decreasing of the tumor differentiation( P <0.05). Comparatively, NSE and Keratin were expressed equally in all kinds of types( P >0.05). The expression rate of CEA increased greatly with the decreasing of the tumor differentiation ( P <0.05),and related to deep infiltration ( P <0.05). Conclusion:Some specific relevant antigens in gastrointestinal carcinoid might be helpful indicators in determining its biologic behavior and prognosis.
