芦笋口服液中氨基酸含量分析

摘    要:采用日立83550型氨基酸自动分析仪对芦笋口服液中氨基酸的含量进行了分析。结果表明:芦笋口服液中,总氨基酸含量约为181mg/100ml。各个氨基酸的含量(mg/100ml)分别约为:天门冬氨酸303,丝氨酸56,谷氨酸157,脯氨酸175,甘氨酸83,丙氨酸191,半胱氨酸53,缬氨酸156,蛋氨酸72,异亮氨酸116,亮氨酸121,酪氨酸37,苯丙氨酸86,组氨酸42,赖氨酸86,精氨酸83。提示:芦笋口服液是一种富含氨基酸的高蛋白营养食品

Abstract:The content of 16 kinds of amino acids in Asparagus Oral Liquid was analyzed by National Model 835 50 Automatic Amino Acid Analyzer.The result showed that there was plenty of amino acid in aspara gus Oral Liquid.The content of total amino acids was 181 mg/100 ml.The content(mg/100 ml) of every amino acid was:Asp 30.3,Ser 5.6,Glu 15.7,Pro 17.5,Gly 8.3,Ala 19.1,Cys 5.3,Val 15.6,Met 7.2 ,Ile 11.6,Leu 12.1,Tyr 3.7,Phe 8.6,His 4.2,Lys 8.6,Arg8.3.
