| 摘 要： | 采用日立８３５５０型氨基酸自动分析仪对芦笋口服液中氨基酸的含量进行了分析。结果表明：芦笋口服液中，总氨基酸含量约为１８１ｍｇ／１００ｍｌ。各个氨基酸的含量（ｍｇ／１００ｍｌ）分别约为：天门冬氨酸３０３，丝氨酸５６，谷氨酸１５７，脯氨酸１７５，甘氨酸８３，丙氨酸１９１，半胱氨酸５３，缬氨酸１５６，蛋氨酸７２，异亮氨酸１１６，亮氨酸１２１，酪氨酸３７，苯丙氨酸８６，组氨酸４２，赖氨酸８６，精氨酸８３。提示：芦笋口服液是一种富含氨基酸的高蛋白营养食品

| Abstract: | The content of 16 kinds of amino acids in Asparagus Oral Liquid was analyzed by National Model 835 50 Automatic Amino Acid Analyzer.The result showed that there was plenty of amino acid in aspara gus Oral Liquid.The content of total amino acids was 181 mg/100 ml.The content(mg/100 ml) of every amino acid was:Asp 30.3,Ser 5.6,Glu 15.7,Pro 17.5,Gly 8.3,Ala 19.1,Cys 5.3,Val 15.6,Met 7.2 ,Ile 11.6,Leu 12.1,Tyr 3.7,Phe 8.6,His 4.2,Lys 8.6,Arg8.3. |
