| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨脐血间质干细胞移植对肌萎缩侧索硬化(ALS)患者神经系统功能的影响.方法:移植脐血间质干细胞治疗8例ALS患者,选用"神经康复功能评定系统-V2003"软件对治疗前3 d、治疗后2～3月ALS患者的肢体运动(Carr-Shephard 评分)、构音障碍(Frenchay评分)、平衡能力(Berg评分)、功能独立性评定(FIM)各方面的功能进行评估.结果:移植治疗前ALS患者Carr-Shephard、Frenchay、Berg、FIM评分与治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:脐血间质干细胞移植治疗可以显著改善ALS患者的神经系统功能. |

| Abstract: | Aim: To explore the influence of transplant of umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cell (MSCs) on amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) patients' nervous system function.Methods: Eight ALS patients were treated by transplanting umbilical cord blood MSCs, and by applying the software of nerve restoration function evaluation system-V2003 to evaluate function of ALS patients on limbs movement(Carr-Shephard score),dysarthria(Frenchay score),balance capability(Berg score),function independence measurement(FIM) at three days of prior-treatment and about two or three months of post-treatment.Results: There were significant differences on the scores of ALS patients in carr-shephard,Frenchay,berg,and FIM between prior-treatment and post-treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: The transplantation of umbilical cord blood MSCs on ALS patients can improve their nervous system function significantly. |
