异氟醚吸人分娩镇痛对胎盘血流的影响

探讨异氟醚分娩镇痛对胎盘血流的影响。方法应用多普勒超声技术，对分娩活跃期异氟醚分娩镇痛观察组和对照组共50例初产妇的子宫动脉和脐动脉血流速度指数用超声多普勒进行检测，并在胎儿娩出时取脐静脉血进行血气分析。结果实验前后，两组子宫动脉平均S/D比值，脐动脉平均S/D比值，差异无显著性(P>0.05)；实验后两组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。脐静脉血气分析均在正常范围，两组比较差异无显著性(P＞0.05)。结论异氟醚分娩镇痛对胎盘血流未发现不良影响。

Effect of isoflurane analgesia on placental circulation during delivery

To investigate the analgesic effect of isoflurane on placentalcirculation during delivery . MethoCls:The totalof 50 primiparae were randomly divided into the observation group and control group. Both groups were treated by the same methodsexcept the observation group was extraly given isoflurane. The flow velocity index of the uterine and umbilical arteries were recordedwith a continuous-wave Doppler and the blood gas of the umbilical vein blood taken fiom infants was analyzed. Restlts:There wasno significant difference in the mean ratio of S/D of the uterine and umbilical arteries in the same group before and after experi-ment. Tnere was no significant difference in the ratio of S/D between the two groups. After experiment, the blood gas, pH, po2, Pco2, BE and SO2 were in normal range in both groups. Corclusion: The inhalation of isoflurane has no side effect on placental cir-culation.
