地黄及其活性成分药理作用研究进展

摘    要:地黄水提液能够保护胃黏膜,抑制肺纤维化,还具有促进造血、降糖、抗炎、抗肿瘤和促进血管内皮细胞增殖等作用;地黄中的主要化学成分低聚糖可以促进骨骼肌成肌细胞的增殖,对骨髓和脂肪间充质干细胞有保护和诱导分化作用,具有降糖和增强学习记忆能力的作用;梓醇具有降糖、改善学习记忆能力的作用;多糖能改善造血功能,对脂肪间充质干细胞有保护作用,对骨髓间充质干细胞有诱导分化作用,还有中枢抑制作用。本文总结归纳了地黄水提液、低聚糖、多糖以及梓醇的药理作用研究进展。

Abstract:Water extraction of Radix Rehmanniae can protect gastric mucosa, restrain pulmonary fibrosis, and also has activities of improving hematopoiesis, anti-inflammation, antitumor, lowering blood sugar, and promoting the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells. Oligosaccharides, the main chemical components of Radix Rehmanniae, can enhance the proliferation of skeletal myoblasts, protect and induce differentiation of adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stromal cells and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. Both oligosaccharides and catalpol possess the effect of reducing blood sugar and boosting up learning and memory. Polysaccharides extracting from Radix Rehmanniae are able to accelerate hematopoiesis function, protect adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stromal cells, induce differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells into nerve cells, and restrain the central nervous system. This article summarizes research advances in pharmacological actions of water extraction, oligosaccharides, polysaccharides and catalpol.
