| 摘 要： | 以展示技术筛选不同功能的细胞膜穿透肽（CPP）是近年的研究热点。目前使用最广泛的展示技术是噬菌体展示和mRNA展示技术。本文将对噬菌体展示和mRNA展示技术的原理、方法和应用研究作一综述，并对近年来展示技术在筛选、鉴定CPP所取得的进展进行回顾和总结。

| Abstract: | Screening and identification of cell-penetrating peptides(CPP)which have different functions by display technolo?gy are hot topics in recent years. Currently the most widely used display technology is phage display and mRNA display technology. This paper describes the principle and application of display technology such as phage display and mRNA display and reviews in detail the advance in study on the screening and identification of CPP by display technology in recent years. |
