| 摘 要： | 神经血管单元是一个由神经元、血脑屏障、小胶质细胞及细胞外基质构成的整体,与脑梗死的发生发展关系密切,可能是治疗脑梗死的潜在靶点.本文介绍了神经血管单元的概念、组成及脑梗死后神经血管单元的病变机制及治疗策略,为相关脑血管疾病治疗药物的研究提供了新思路. |

| Abstract: | Neurovascular unit (NVU) is composed of neuron, blood brain barrier, microgial cells and extracellular matrix, which is related closely with the occurence and development of cerebral infarction, probably provides a potential target for treatment of cerebral infarction and its complication. This article reviews the conception and the composition of NVU, aslo introduces the pathological mechanism and therapeutic methods of NVU after cerebral infarction， aiming to provide some new ideas in the treatment of cerebrovascular disease. |
