| 摘 要： | 随着“天然药物”的兴起,我国中医药知识产权正以惊人的速度流失.针对国内中医药知识产权保护存在的问题,笔者以为,强化知识产权保护意识,构建复合式中医药知识产权保护体系,另辟蹊径保护中医药传统知识,促进中医药的现代化,利用、参与中医药知识产权保护的国际立法,是可行的保护途径和对策.

| Abstract: | With popularity of"Natural Medicine",intellectual property of traditional Chinese medicine is running off at an overwhelming speed in China.Facing this situation,the author presents some problems and feasible countermeasures on protection of intellectual property of traditional Chinese medicine:to strengthen the consciousness,to build up a complex system of the methods,to employ new approaches,to accelerate the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine,to participate in legislature of international law concerned and take advantage of them. |
