摘    要:目的:以模式生物斑马鱼为实验对象,观察3种中药有效成份雷公藤甲素、大黄素和苦参碱的急性毒性。方法:将药物添加到鱼只生活的水中为给药方式,观察给药后24h鱼只的死亡情况,以此为判断待测药物毒性大小的依据,并用Bliss法计算各药物对斑马鱼的半数致死浓度(LC50)。结果:雷公藤甲素、苦参碱和大黄素对于斑马鱼的LC50值依次为5.02×10^-3、113.2和1.18×10^3μg/mL,毒性大小顺序与文献报道基本一致。结论:以斑马鱼作为初步评价药物毒性的模型可用于中药成分毒性的快速筛选和评价。

Abstract:To observe the acute toxicity of triptolide, matrine and emodin on zebra:fish. Methods: the three compounds were added into the water where zebrafish lives, and the 50% lethal concentrations (LC50) were measured according to the death rate of the fish. Results : The LC50 of triptolide, matrine and emodin on zebrafish were 5. 02 × 10^-3, 113.2 and 1.18 × 10^3μg/ml, respectively; the toxicity order was similar to that reported. Conclusion: The safety of compounds was able to be evaluated on the zebrafish model.
