普洱熟茶片调节血糖的临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察普洱熟茶标准提取物普洱熟茶片对空腹血糖的影响。方法:将30例糖尿病患者按照空腹血糖水平分为4组,服用普洱熟茶有效成分提取物普洱熟茶片。结果:空腹血糖损伤组与2型糖尿病3组服用普洱熟茶片前后相比,P〈0.05,2型糖尿病1组及2型糖尿病2组服用普洱熟茶片前后相比较,P〈0.05。2型糖尿病3组与空腹血糖损伤组、2型糖尿病1组、2型糖尿病2组相比较,P〈0.05。结论:普洱熟茶标准提取物普洱熟茶片能够降低糖尿病患者空腹血糖水平,尤其对空腹血糖损伤患者及空腹血糖≥11.1mmol/L患者具有明显的降血糖作用。

Abstract:Objective : To investigate the clinical effect of the extract ot puer - tea on patients of diabetes. Method : 30 cases of diabetes were divided into four groups by the different level of blood sugar. The extract of Puer - tea was given to all groups. Result : The level of blood sugar of 24 cases decreased after they had eaten the extract of puer - tea for 15 days. The overall effective rate was 73.33%. There is obvious difference in the first group and the fourth group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) after the patients had eaten puer - tea. Conclusion : The extract of puer - tea can decrease the level of blood sugar of patient of diabetes.
