儒家思想对叙事医学的指导作用及风湿科临床路径探析*

诞生于本世纪初的叙事医学近10年在我国逐渐受到重视,但其“在地化发展”及临床运用推广仍道阻且长。从叙事医学的现实困境出发,以儒家文化的核心思想为切入点,通过分析儒家思想与叙事医学所包含的“共情”“反思”“医患共同决策”这3方面内涵之间的共性,再结合中国古代医家范例以及云南省中医医院风湿病中心实施路径,认为儒家思想对叙事医学的临床实践具有深刻的指导价值,叙事医学在我国的发展是大势所趋。

The Guiding Effect of Confucianism on Narrative Medicine and the Clinical Path in Rheumatology Department

Narrative medicine, which was born at the beginning of this century, has been paid attention in China in recent decade, while its "localization development" and clinical application promotion are still blocked and with a lot of things to do. Start from the realistic dilemma of narrative medicine, take the core thought of Confucian culture as the pointcut, and analyze the commonalities between Confucianism and narrative medicine in terms of empathy, reflection and doctor-patient joint decision-making. Then through the examples of ancient Chinese doctors and the implementation path in rheumatology center of Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is believed that Confucianism has profound guiding value for the clinical practice of narrative medicine, and the development of narrative medicine in China is promising.
