| 摘 要： | 干姜味辛性热,可通心助阳,去沉寒痼冷,温脾肾之阳,温肺化饮,多用于寒证。干姜还可用于热证,从湿热证、血虚发热证、热毒证、热性呕逆证、热药反佐等五方面对此论点予以阐述。

| Abstract: | Dried ginger taste pungent and hot-natured,which is good at tonifying Heart-Yang,dispelling cold,warming Spleen-Yang and Kidney-Yang,warming lung dissipating excessive fluid. It is usually used in cold syndrome. However,we deem it can also be used in heat syndrome and explain our standpoint through syndrome of dampness-heat,syndrome of fever due to blood deficiency,syndrome of heat-toxicity,syndrome of vomitting due to heat excessive,contrary drug of hot nature these five aspects. |
