| 摘 要： | 目的:研究张亚强教授治疗慢性前列腺炎(Chronic Prostatitis,CP)的治疗规律。方法:将张亚强教授诊治的CP患者共90例558诊次的病历采用结构化病历模板录入数据库,用名老中医临床诊疗信息采集系统软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:张亚强教授应用频次高的治法有活血化瘀法、清热利湿法、补肾法、理气法等;应用频次高的基本方:桃红四物汤、丹参饮、龙胆泻肝汤、八正散、茵陈蒿汤、六味地黄汤;应用频次高的药物有丹参、败酱草、蒲公英、甘草、赤芍、地丁、薏苡仁、红藤、红花、桃仁、皂刺、白芷、泽兰、川牛膝、冬葵子、川芎、莪术、生地黄、白芍、栀子、王不留行、枸杞子等45味药;应用药物种类最多的是活血药,其次为清热、利湿、补肾药。结论:张亚强教授治疗CP强调活血化瘀,在活血的基础上,注重清热、利湿、补肾,同时倡导心理疏导。
