从中医证型和基因多态性探讨消渴丸在糖尿病冠心病中的应用前景

糖尿病冠心病是糖尿病心血管并发症之一，亦是糖尿病病人致死的主要因素，近年来发现，ACE基因和插入与缺失型（I／D）多态性标志与糖尿病的冠心病的发生和发展有着一定关联。本文旨在探讨消渴丸在具有特定ACE基因I／D多态位点的糖尿病冠心病患者中医各证型的应用前景。研究内容：纳入广东地区糖尿病冠心病人群中应用或用过消渴丸治疗的人群30例进行了基因多态性分析和中医分型研究，结果发现30例患者在使用消渴丸期间血糖控制均较理想，对正在使用者进行辨证分型，发现血瘀组血糖控制情况更为理想（均〈7．0mmol／L）。尤其是等位基因为Ⅰ型的患者血糖控制理想，其中血虚型较‘肾阳虚型血糖控制更为平稳。结论：糖尿病冠心病患者应在早期就应用消渴丸进行干预治疗，且治疗越早，疗效越好。

A Discussion on the foreground of Diabetes pill in treating Diabetes and Coronary Heart Disease from the Angle of Syndroms of TCM and polymorph

Background:Coronary heart disease in diabetics mellitus is one of complications of diabetic Cardiovascular diseases,and it is also the main lethal factor.Recently,ACE gene is new focus in medical realm.There is close correlation between ACE gene I/D polymorphism and coronary heart disease in diabetics.Our aim was to investingate the effect of Diabetes pill(XIAOKE PILL)in Coronary heart disease in diabetics mellitus.Methods and Results:In the research,30 cases were examined ACE gene I/D polymorphism,these patients were using or had used Diabetes pill(XIAOKE PILL).Results show that Diabetes pill(XIAOKE PILL)can lower blood glucose.Moreover,the more lighter condition,the more effects Diabetes pill(XIAOKE PILL)had.Conclusion:The earlier coronary heart disease in diabetics mellitus was treated by Diabetes pill,the more benefits patients got.
