滇龙胆居群与繁殖生物学的初步研究

目的：自然条件下对滇龙胆（Gentiana rigescens Franch）的居群与繁殖生物学特性进行初步研究，探明居群的繁殖特性。方法：对滇龙胆居群生境进行初步研究，对滇龙胆生育期、花开放动态、柱头可授性、结实率、传粉媒介进行观察检测。结果：滇龙胆为雌雄同株兼性自交，其柱头可授性高，结实率高，种子多而小，成熟期不一致。结论：滇龙胆的居群与繁殖生物学特性的研究，为该物种的迁地保护、合理利用、栽培滇龙胆提供理论依据。
