基于数据挖掘的刘新祥教授治疗肾膀胱(系)病类核心用药的研究

目的:采用数据挖掘的方法研究刘新祥教授治疗肾系病类核心用药.方法:选择数据库中2006年3月-2009年5月经刘新祥教授诊治显效或好转的肾系病病例,采用数据挖掘关联性分析提取常用药物、核心用药、常用药物配对.结果:在最低条件支持度≥10%,最小规则置信度≥60%的条件下,规则频度最高的用药是熟地、山药、山茱萸、熟大黄、肉苁蓉、女贞子、旱莲草、黄芪、土茯苓、芡实、当归、丹参、党参、柴胡、淫羊藿、白术、白花蛇舌草、巴戟天、凤尾草.药物配对有熟地、山茱萸;熟大黄、肉苁蓉;女贞子、旱莲草;山药、芡实;白术、茯苓;当归、丹参;丹参、淫羊藿;黄芪、党参;土茯苓、白花蛇舌草;黄芪、芡实;山药、熟地;芡实、当归;芡实、土茯苓;黄芪、土茯苓.在最低条件支持度≥30%,最小规则置信度≥60%的条件下,规则频度最高的用药是山药、黄芪、芡实、丹参、当归、党参、土茯苓.药对有山药、芡实;当归、丹参;黄芪、党参;黄芪、芡实;芡实、当归;黄芪、当归;芡实、土茯苓;黄芪、山药;黄芪、土茯苓.结论:刘新祥教授治疗肾系病类常用药物为肾安汤,核心用药围绕益气、固摄、通络、化浊之法.
