我国医疗服务体系“碎片化”问题及其解决途径探讨

医疗服务的"碎片化"不利于医疗服务体系的完善,而造成医疗服务"碎片化"问题的根源主要与当前我国医疗服务体系中医疗机构间的分散经营、信息系统分割、机构内的部门繁多、医务人员专业技能强、综合技能弱等因素有关。本研究从整合的视角,提出通过整合医疗机构、医疗服务信息、机构内的服务流程和医学及相关学科等措施,以解决当前我国医疗服务"碎片化"问题。

A Research on the Problem of Fragmentation and the Solutions in China’s Medical Service System

The problem of fragmentation is harmful to the construction of perfect medical service system.This paper holds the view that the problem of fragmentation in China’s medical service system is caused by the division of medical institutions,the disconnection of medical service information,the overmany departments within medical institutions and the professionals’ strength in professional skill and weakness in integrated skills.From the view of integration,this research puts forward measures by integrating medical institutions,medical service information,the service process within medical institutions and disciplines,to solve the problem of fragmentation.
