社区卫生服务站运营状况调查分析

Survey of the Management in the Community Health Service Stations

We made an investigation on the economical and social benefits of paid and gratis service in twelve community health service stations owned by the community hospital. The results show that the business income varies on different stations, but totality is in a profitable state. Among these the income of drug occupied higher ratio (43 80%). The superiority of community service is well shown by developing its characteritic specifity department and nearby service. The problems involving the unsufficient invesment of administration, unmatched policy, unclear drug standard and lack of reasonable planing of medical organization all limit the development of community health service and still need be improved.
