摘    要:在“5+3”临床医学人才培养模式下,五年制临床医学生的教学改革势在必行。本文针对当前五年制临床医学生培养过程中职业素质培养不足、自主学习能力不强、临床实践能力薄弱等问题,提出以职业素质、自主学习能力及临床实践能力培养为核心的培养路径与手段,以期进一步适应医学教育改革发展,为卓越医学人才培养提供改革思路。

Ideas of the 5 -year Clinical Education Reform under the "5 + 3". Clinical Education Model

Abstract:Under the reform of "5 + 3" Clinical Education Model, the educational reform of the 5 - year medical students is imperative. Ai- ming at some current problems in the education process for 5 - year Clinical students, like ignorance of professional quality and lack of self - learning and Clinical practice ability, this paper proposes some appropriate measures to cultivate the professional quality and strengthen self- learning and Clinical practice ability of the medicos during the five - year medical education, which will contributes new thinking to adapt to the requirements of medical education reform and Excellent Doctor Training Plan.
