对公立医院公益性的内涵及外延的分析

搜集并筛选出与公立医院公益性强相关文献29篇,进行编号,概括各文献主要内容及观点,归纳出公立医院公益性的内涵及外延。结果显示,公立医院公益性的内涵主要是解决医疗服务的公平性、适宜性及可行性问题,保证医疗卫生服务的质量和效率;外延主要体现为减免贫困患者的医疗费用、承担公共卫生以及突发公共卫生事件的紧急救援。

An Approach to the Connotation and Denotation of Public Welfare Nature of Public Hospitals

Objective： The study is to summarize the main content and viewpoints of domestic literature related to the reform and the public welfare nature of public hospitals, to preliminarily approach the connotation and denotation of the public welfare nature of public hospitals. Method： 29 articles from domestic literature deeply concerned with the public welfare nature of public hospitals were collected by screening and numbered, and it was available to summarize the content and viewpoints of the literature and the connotation and denotation of the public welfare nature of public hospitals. Result：The connotation of the public welfare nature of public hospitals mainly includes the so- lutions to the fairness, appropriateness and feasibility of medical care services so as to ensure the quality and efficiency of medical and health services. The denotation mainly embodies the reduction of medical expenses of needy patients, the responsibility for public health, and emergency rescue in sudden public health incidents.
