居民对社区卫生服务的满意度及需求意愿的调查分析

摘    要:为了更好地开展社区卫生服务,意大连中山区居民对社区卫生服务满意度及需求意愿问题进行了调查。结果显示,居民社区卫生服务的接受率为30.12%,其中满意者占70。25%。不满意者占29.75%,社区卫生服务需求依次是就近就医、定期体检、医生到患者家出诊、指导保健、普及卫生知识、指导就医等,不同特征的居民对卫生服务需求各有差异。可见社区卫生服务贴近居民,有良好的工作基础,应积极发展完善。

Abstract:To further improve the community satisfactory extent of the residents, surveyed the problems involving the extent of satisfaction and wishes. The results show that the acception rate of the resident was 30 12%, and satisfaction rate accounts for 70 25%. The order of requirement wishes to community sanitary service is going to doctors nearly, periodical medical examnation, doctor's visit to the patients, instructing health care, spreading sanitary knowledge and instructing medication. The requirement wishes varies among different characteristic residents. It suggests that accessible and wellestablished community sanitary service center should be further developed.
