我国民营医院发展述评

民营医疗机构在我国的医疗卫生服务体系中有着特殊的地位, 在医疗卫生改革中也发挥着重要作用和积极效应。民营医疗机构几十年的发展已充分具备了理论和政策上的支持, 其所承担的社会功能在市场经济环境中正不断地得到拓展。作为民营医疗机构的主体, 民营医院在规模、数量、服务内涵上发展迅速, 但也存在着诸多的现实问题亟待解决和深入探讨。卫生行政部门要充分认识和把握民营医院的发展方向, 在相关政策上积极扶持, 营造多元化、多种形式的办医模式, 形成公平、有序的竞争环境, 引导其健康发展。

A Review of Non-government Hospitals Development in China

Non-government medical institutions play a special role in the health service system in our country, and exert an important effect during the reform of health care. Many decades' development of non-government medical institutions have gotten acceptance from theory and policy, and their social functions have been spread out in the market economy. As the main body of non-government medical institutions, non-government hospitals develop rapidly, but have some problems to be solved and discussed. Administration of health care should realize the orientation of non-government hospitals and guide them towards healthy development by active policies, multi-form medical patterns and fair environment of competition.
