| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对样本地区农村中医药资源配置状况的研究，分析存在的问题和原因，为改善农村中医药服务提供依据。方法：采取典型抽样和随机抽样相结合的方法，选取样本地区和调查对象，通过调查表收集相关数据资料，并辅以个人深入访谈。结果：农村地区中医药事业发展不均衡，中医药人员数量不足、结构不合理、业务素质不高，中医药资源的配置比重低，中医服务特色不明显。

| Abstract: | Objectives:Through the research of status quo of allocation of TCM resources in rural areas,offering the basis for improving the TCM service in rural areas.Methods:Choose the sample areas by typical sampling and township hospitals by random sampling,a questionnaire and in-depth interview were used.Results:The problems of the TCM resources in rural areas inculed imbalance of development and irrational allocation of TCM resources,the shortage and irrational structure of the TCM peronnel. |
