摘    要:目前我国医患之间的矛盾与冲突,实质上是社会矛盾在卫生工作中的具体表现,反映了社会群体在经济状况、价值取向、道德水平等方面的矛盾与冲突。多数医疗纠纷源于医患双方缺乏诚信,以自我为中心,过分强调经济利益,缺少人文关怀。医患关系的特殊性,决定了协调医患关系需要双向道德规范。构建和谐医患关系,实现二者双赢,需要政府深化医疗体制改革,医院提高管理水平,医务人员增强道德责任意识,患者做到理性就医。

Abstract:Doctor-patient contradictions and conflicts actually are the representation of social conflicts,which reflect contradictions and conflicts among different social groups in economic status,value orientation,and morality.Most medical tangles in the medical service field come from lack of sincerity and human care on both sides,being self-centered,overemphasis on economic benefits.The medical care reform should aim to minimize the conflicts between doctors and patients,and thus the above mentioned losses will be diminished,a harmonious doctorpatient relationship will be built up, and advantages will be obtained for both doctors and patients.We address that the key solution to the conflicts between the two parties is to improve the management of hospitals,and to intensify the responsible sense of medical staffs,as well as to visit a doctor rationally.
