| 摘 要： | 笔者研究采用《大学生专业承诺量表》和《艾森克人格问卷》，调查和分析了360名护理大学生的专业承诺和人格特质。结果：护理大学生的专业承诺水平不是很高，人格还需进一步完善；精神质和神经质是护理大学生专业承诺的重要预测变量。

| Abstract: | In this research,360 nursing undergraduates were tested by Specialty Commitment Inventory of Undergraduates and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ).In general,the level of specialty commitment in nursing undergraduates was not very high,and their personality traits needed to improve.There was significant difference of grades in the specialty commitment and personality trait of nursing undergraduates.Besides,the regression analysis showed that psychoticism and neuroticism were the most significant predictors to nursing undergraduates' specialty commitment. |
