| 摘 要： | 文章以2004年中国卫生统计提要的相关数据为主，分析了我国疾病预防控制机构人力资源现状、存在的主要问题及制约我国疾病预防控制人力资源的因素，探讨了优化疾病预防控制人力资源配置的对策，以促进疾病预防控制人力资源的开发和疾控事业的发展。
