| 摘 要： | 探讨我国药品召回社会规制主体机构设置的走向。在分析英、美等经济发达国家药品召回程序和社会规制主体机构设置的基础上,发现我国药品召回过程中政府规制缺位的现象。我国可借鉴英美社会规制主体机构设置形式,完善我国药品召回社会规制主体结构。

| Abstract: | To think the direction about the construction of social regulation supervisor on drug recall.By comparative study on drug recall procedure and the construction of social regulation supervisor among America、England and China,the absence of social regulation in China was found.The Chinese construction of social regulation supervisor on drug recall should draw useful experiences from USA UK to improve it. |
