摘    要:随着旅游业的快速发展,景区医院既要服务好本土人群,也要面对日益增加的外来临时人群,这一特点要求医院提供更加优质的人性化服务。武当山景区医院,在转变服务理念,改善便民设施、就诊环境,优化就诊流程等下功夫,提高了门急诊服务质量,较好地满足百姓需求,为构建和谐医患关系作出有益的探索。
