| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨药事服务费的界定与费用水平。方法：通过文献法收集资料，用归纳比较法分析资料。结果：国外药事服务费水平次均费用在3．50元之间，随服务内容、对象、机构级别等因素变化。结论：我国收取一般药事服务费用是可行的，次均费用水平在10—20元左右可以被不同利益集团广泛接受；但全面履行药事服务职能需要的成本远高于20元，具体水平有待进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Objective：This is to deal with the definition of the pharmaceutical dispensing fee and its range.Method：Literature review is used to gather and analyze the relative information.Result：The average dispensing fee ranges from 3-50 yuan which varies with its service content,organization,and object.Conclusion：It is feasible to charge the dispensing fee in China.The dispensing fee of 10-20 yuan per service would gain wide acceptance of different interest groups.The estimated cost of the pharmaceutical dispensing is far more than 20 yuan,and the detailed costs need further research. |
