影像存档及传输系统在湖北省某高校医学影像学课程教学中的应用分析

摘    要:目的:探讨影像存档及传输系统(PACS)在医学影像学教学中的应用价值.方法:从放射影像科室承担教学的8个班级中随机抽取4个班作为影像存档及传输系统教学实验组,其他4个班级作为对照组.两组分别采用影像存档及传输系统的教学方式和传统教学方式进行授课,教学效果则采用问卷调查和考核成绩来评价.结果:在实施影像存档及传输系统教学后,教师教学积极性较实施前有了明显的提高(P〈0.05);两组学生对课程教学模式的适应性方面,无明显的差异(P〉0.05),而在学习积极性和专注程度方面,实验组积极性高和专注程度高的比例均明显大于对照组(P〈0.05).结论:将影像存档及传输系统应用于影像学教学中,对于提高教学效果和质量具有较大的促进作用.

Application Analysis of PACS in the Teaching of Medical Imaging in a Certain Medical University in Hubei

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the applications of picture archiving and communication system (PACS) in the teaching of medical im- aging. Methods: 8 classes which were taken sample from all our teaching classes are pointed to PACS teaching experimental group, the rest of the classes for the control group. After PACS teaching and the traditional teaching mode, the teaching achievement was evaluated using question- naires. Results: The proportion of positivity of teaching in experimental group was greater than that in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The adaptability of both two groups for teaching mode had no statistics significance ( P 〉 0.05 ). The experimental group's average scores and the average scores of theory practice were significantly higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The application of PACS in the teaching of medical imaging has a greater role in promoting to improve the teaching efficiency and quality.
