临床实习规范化互动式教学模式探讨

医学院校毕业实习是医学生整个教育过程的重要组成部分，是培养医学生实际工作能力角色转变的重要环节。传统教学模式忽视了学生的个体差异，因此互动式教学模式得到了广泛关注。近几年我院对这种新的教学模式进行不断探索，在整个临床教学中大胆实践并积累了一些经验，从而不断提高临床实习教学质量。

The Establishment and Implementation of Standardized Mutual Teaching in Clinical Practice

Clinical practice is not only a very important component in the whole clinical medical education,but also an important part of cultivating medical students in the job role transformation.Traditional education mode has neglected individual discrepancy so that wide attention has been focused upon mutual education mode.In these years,our hospital has explored this new education mode constantly and accumulated some experiences in the whole clinical teaching,and thus we enhance teaching quality of clinical practice constantly.
