| 摘 要： | 通过建立综合性的医疗责任保险制度来解决医疗纠纷已被不少发达国家所采用。事实证明,这种制度对于解决医疗纠纷是行之有效的。为促进我国医疗责任保险的发展,笔者对日本的医疗责任保险制度进行了介绍,并结合我国的实际情况提出了相应的建议。

| Abstract: | In many developed countries,the synthetic medical liability insurance system has been set up to solve medical disputes.It has been proved that this liability insurance system is effective.In order to improve the medical liability insurance system in China,the author recommended the medical liability insurance system in Japan and puts forward some proposals. |
