常州浴室暗娼艾滋病相关信息定性研究

目的：了解常州市浴室暗娼艾滋病相关行为危险因素。方法：在浴室招募25名暗娼，对其进行个人深入访谈。结果：浴室暗娼文化程度较低，艾滋病知识水平较差，能够全部说出3种艾滋病传播途径的不足1／3。性病知识严重匮乏。性行为频率高，最近1周人均嫖客数约为14个。错误的预防性病、艾滋病方法在该人群中被普遍采用，经常发生不使用安全套的情况。结论：常州市暗娼面临感染性病、艾滋病的危险，需要对浴室暗娼进行深入细致的艾滋病干预。干预方式可以采用同伴教育和外展服务等。

A Qualitative Study of HIV Related Risk Information for the FCSW in Bath Centers in Changzhou City

Objective：To discern the HIV related risk factors for the FCSW （female commercial sex workers） in Changzhou.Method：Indepth interviews were conducted with twenty-five FCSW.Results：The qualitative study revealed a lack of knowledge about STD/AIDS among the FCSW.No more than one third can tell all of the three routes through which AIDS can be transmitted.The number of clients in the last week was about fourteen.Commercial sex with no use of condom was common.The wrong ways were generally taken to prevent STD/AIDS.Conclusion：The FCSW were at high risk for HIV/AIDS.It is necessary to conduct STD/AIDS health education and behavioral intervention among FCSW -- including providing the knowledge about STD/AIDS,involving condom usage,and the training of the use of condom with a client in order to increase the condom use rate and prevent the transmission of HIV.
