摘    要:目的:了解长春市社区卫生服务人力资源配置,为相关政府部门合理规划配置和制定卫生人力资源管理政策提供参考。方法:对长春市5个自然区内社区卫生服务中心(站)卫生人力资源配置进行普查。结果:长春市卫生人力资源密度医生为0.45,护士为0.291朝阳区医生为0.72,护士为0.43,二道区医生为O.14,护士为0.11;医护比为1.5:1。结论:长春市社区卫生服务发展迅速,但各区间卫生人力资源密度分布不均衡;卫生人员职称及护士学历偏低,缺少全科医护人员,医护比倒置。

An Investigation of the Current Status of Manpower Resource Allocation in Changchun community health

Abstract:Objective:The article is to learn about the manpower resource allocation of community health services in Changchun and to provide reference for the relative governmental departments which are responsible for making proper allocation and policies of health manpower resource administration. Method:A general survey was made of health manpower resource allocation in the service centers (stations) of five Changchun natural districts. Result:As for health manpower resource, the density of physicians in Changchun is 0.45, and that of nurses is 0.30; the density of physicians in Chaoyang District is 0.72, and that of nurses is 0.43; whereas the density of physicians in Erdao district is 0.14, that of nurses is 0.11. The ratio between physicians and nurses is 1.5:1. Conclusion:There are an unbalanced health manpower resource distribution of each community service centers (stations) in Changchun, relatively tower prnfessional titles and educational background of community health service personnel, a great deficiency of general practitioners and nurses, and an inverted ratio of doctors to nurses.
