白血病患儿希望水平与应对方式的相关性研究

摘要目的：了解白血病患儿希望水平和应对方式的情况，并对两者的相关性进行探讨。方法：采用自编的基本信息调查表、Herth希望水平量表和医学应对方式问卷，对深圳市第三人民医院的120例白血病住院患儿进行问卷调查。结果：120例白血病患儿中81．3％希望程度处于高水平；希望水平总体及各维度与医学应对方式总体及各维度均相关，且差异均具有显著性（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论：白血病患儿希望水平与应对方式相关，采取积极的应对方式越多希望水平越高。患儿家长及医务人员应指导患儿采取积极的应对方式，促进患儿身心健康。

Correlation Research of Hope Level and Coping Styles among Children with Leukemia

Objective ： To get known the status of hope level and coping styles among children with Leukemia, and explore their correlation. Methods：12Ochildren with Leukemia were investigated by Herth Hope Scale and Medical Coping Scale in a hospital. Results： The hope level ac- counted of 81.3% of 120children with Leukemia is in high level. There are correlation between the overall hope level, each dimensions and the overall medical coping styles, each dimensions （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. O1 ）. Conclusion： Hope levels associated with coping styles among children with Leukemia, the more coping styles adopted like as facing, the higher hope level. It effective to help parents or medical staff to adopt positive cop- ing styles.
