| 摘 要： | 医患沟通贯穿于医疗活动的全过程，沟通的效果不仅影响医患关系、医疗质量，而且涉及医疗纠纷的产生和激化。文章就转型期医患沟通的要求和方式进行探讨，并着眼于医患间建立成功的双向交流沟通，促进和谐、互动式的医患关系的良性发展。
