| 摘 要： | 通过绩效理论的回顾性研究,在阐述了艾滋病防治项目特点的基础上,对艾滋病防治项目的绩效进行界定,分析艾滋病防治项目的目标与绩效的关系,以投入、过程、产出、结果、影响作为项目的绩效进程,以效率、质量、效果、反应性、满意度作为项目的绩效维度,从而构建艾滋病防治项目的绩效概念性框架。

| Abstract: | Through the retrospective research on performance thoery,define the AIDS program performance in the basis of the characteristics of AIDS program,analysis the relationship between the goal and performance,construct the performance conceptual framework of AIDS program,with the performance instage including input,process,output,outcome,influnce,and with the perforamnce demensions including efficiency,quality,effectiveness,responsiveness,degree of satisfaction. |
