| 摘 要： | 中医师是具有一定特殊性的医疗服务群体，现有的涉及中医从业人员的法律法规未能充分反映其发展规律和特点，仍存在基本概念的界定不清和对特定人员的管理缺失。本文分析中医从业人员的资格准入、执业范围等方面的问题，提出明确中医师的执业范围，调整考试方式和准入条件，对从业人员进行分类管理，建立健全中医药法律体系等建议。
