公众现场急救技能培训需求及其影响因素调查

目的：了解公众现场急救技能培训内容需求情况,分析其影响因素,为有针对性地开展公众现场急救技能培训提供依据。方法：调查黄石市市内3个区9个社区4500名居民的现场急救技能培训需求内容。结果：黄石市公众急救技能培训需求程度排序为：日常危急重症处理、创伤急救、心肺复苏的基础生命支持技术、突发意外灾害事故现场的避险逃生与急救。Spearman秩相关检验显示：公众的学历、年龄与日常危急重症处理、创伤急救需求程度、心肺复苏的基础生命支持技术呈正相关,而与突发意外灾害事故现场的避险逃生与急救知识需求呈负相关;不同的职业培训需求存在明显的差异。不同性别的培训需求无明显差异。结论：日常危急重症处理、创伤急救、心肺复苏的基础生命支持技术是公众急救技能培训的重点;公众的年龄、职业和学历是影响培训内容制定的主要因素;强化公众的突发意外灾害事故现场自救互救意识已刻不容缓。
