| 摘 要： | 分析目前白内障手术诊疗流程中存在的问题,对现有流程进行优化,制定并实施标准化的白内障手术治疗临床路径。实施临床路径后,住院总费用指标和平均住院日指标显著降低,手术治疗效果明显。结果提示,白内障手术治疗临床路径对于降低医疗费用、缩短住院时间、加快床位周转和保证手术质量均具有明显作用。研究中还发现,制定临床路径应适应当地卫生经济发展水平,而实施临床路径须以医院需求为前提。

| Abstract: | By analysing the current problems in diagnosis and treatment process of cataract surgery to optimize existing processes,development and implementation,standardize clinical pathway for cataract surgery.After implemented of the clinical pathway,the total cost of hospitalization and average length of stay indicators were significantly reduced,surgical treatment effect was significantly.The results suggest that cataract surgery clinical pathway have significant effect.in reducing medical costs,shorting hospital... |
