| 摘 要： | 目的：对湖北省红安县参合农民参合意愿、满意度等进行现况调查,为巩固发展新农合提供政策建议。方法：结合访谈,采用整群抽样的方法调查147例参合农民。结果：96.6%的参合农民对新农合制度满意,农民个体受益率达90.4%,40.1%的农民认为参合后减轻了家庭的医疗经济负担,个人筹资水平提高后仍有96.6%的农民愿意继续参合,57.8%的参合者了解新农合政策。结论：管理部门应致力转变宣传理念,提升参合者的政策了解程度;应加快医疗机构的改革,提高服务能力,促进农民主动就医。

| Abstract: | Objective: Survey the inclination and the degree of famer's satisfaction under the New Rural Cooperative Medical system in Hong'an,provide suggestions for the NCMS.Methods: Combined with depth interview and cluster sampling,we surveyed 147 famers who have joined the NCMS system,and analyse the statics with SPSS12.0.Results: 96.6% of the farmers feel satisfied about the NCMS system,90.4% of the individuals had benefited from it.40.1% of them confirm that the NCMS system have reduced the burden of the family.... |
