基本药物及合理用药政策对农村用药情况的影响分析

目的 通过对实施基本药物及合理用药政策的农村地区用药状况的分析，发现政策对农村用药情况的影响，以及分析政策实施的影响因素并提出解决对策。方法 抽样调查某县乡镇卫生院门诊处方，并进行多元方差等统计学分析，调查基本药物及合理用药政策对农村用药情况的影响。结果 农村基本药物及合理用药政策实施后，并没有改善农村用药存在的不合理现象。结论：政策执行力度不够、乡村医生长期的用药习惯以及患者的诱导需求等原因影响了基本药物及合理用药政策实施，为了达到改善农村用药情况的效果，建议加强政策实施的约束力、加强乡村医生的业务培训以及农村居民的卫生宣教等，促使基本药物及合理用药政策发挥其应有的效应。

Effect of basic drugs and rational drug use policies on rural drug use

Objective: This article analyzes the rural township hospital's drug use, where practicing basic drugs and rational drug use policy, to find out the policy effect to rural drug use, and analyze the influence factors and put forward countermeasures. Method: spot check some township hospitals outpatients' drug and carry out multivariate analysis of variance, to research the influence of basic drugs and rational drug use policy to rural drug use. Result: those policy don't react on rural drug use irrationally. Conclusion: because that the policy lack execute power, township doctors use drugs chronically and patients induce incorrectly, etc., the basic drugs and rational drug use policy do not obtain their anticipated results which can improve the rural drug use. So we make suggestions that reinforce the policy practice sanction, enhance the train to township doctors and propagandize and educate villagers about health knowledge, to urge the policy execute effectively.
