| 摘 要： | 目的：建立人群中发病负荷在各病因因素间分摊的估计方法—求平均归因比例。方法：应用对策理论中Ｓｈａｐｌｅｙ值的原理。结果：平均归因比例的估计公式被导出，并对肝癌高危人群中各致病因子的贡献量作出了估计。结论：所建立的方法可广泛应用于慢性病研究中人群疾病负荷在各因素间分割。

| Abstract: | Objective:To try to establish a method for partitioning the disease load of the population under study among the risk factors.Method:A Shapley value from game theory was used.Result:A formula for estimating the average attributable fractions was derived and was used to calculate the average attributable fraction for all kinds of risk factors causing liver cancer among the high risk population with hepatitis.Conclusion:These results may be widely used as the partition of the disease load in the population among the factors in the course of studying chronic diseases. |
