| 摘 要： | 目的:总结成人膈肌膨出症的诊断及治疗特点。方法:报告在我院治疗的3例成人膈肌膨出症,并结合文献予以复习。3例患者中男1例,女2例,年龄61～66岁,病程1～20年;均为左侧完全型膈膨出;患者伴有呼吸及消化系统两种以上的症状。3例均在全麻下采用经胸路径进行手术,采用切开膈肌双层褥式缝合术。结果:术后早期患者症状消失或明显减轻,未发生严重的并发症。结论:成人膈肌膨出症采用以切开膈肌双层褥式缝合术的治疗效果满意。
