| 摘 要： | 目的:检测膀胱肿瘤细胞多药耐药情况,以选择敏感药物治疗浸润性膀胱肿瘤。方法:双侧髂内动脉灌注化疗前采用免疫组织化学方法对10例膀胱肿瘤病例作多药耐药糖蛋白(P-gp)、谷胱甘肽S转移酶(GST-p)和拓扑异构酶Ⅱ(TopoⅡ)表达情况检测。结果:灌注前P-gp的表达率为30%,GST-p为10%,TopoⅡ为50%。灌注药物选择吡柔比星、顺铂和羟基喜树碱。灌注后P-gp的表达率为50%,GST-p为10%,TopoⅡ为40%。结论:检测P-gp、GST-p、TopoⅡ表达情况对浸润性膀胱肿瘤化疗药物的选择具有重要意义。
