摘    要:目的:获得高磁性的铁氧体纳米颗粒,使其升温效果达到最优,从而更有利于肿瘤磁热疗.方法:通过高温裂解法一步合成均匀稳定的Fe3O4纳米颗粒,将原料从FeCl2替换为MnCl2、ZnCl2可以进一步得到Mn-Zn铁氧体纳米颗粒.通过DMSA修饰替换掉原来颗粒表面的油酸,使之可以溶于水相.结果与讨论:Mn-Zn铁氧体纳米颗粒...
