| 摘 要： | 目的:通过纳米炭示踪兔胃癌前哨淋巴结的对照研究,为纳米炭应用于胃癌的临床研究打下基础。方法:兔胃癌病灶周围浆膜下分别注射99Tcm-SC和纳米炭混悬液(卡纳琳),记录两种示踪法检测到前哨淋巴结(SLN)的例数、SLN数目及分布情况,计算两种示踪法检测SLN的敏感性、特异性、假阴性率和预测区域淋巴结转移的准确性以及SLN和非前哨淋巴结(NSLN)的转移率。结果:纳米炭与99Tcm-SC SLN的检出率及数目,显示SLN分布情况、SLN的转移率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两种示踪法检测SLN的敏感性、特异性、假阴性率、准确性差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:纳米炭示踪胃癌前哨淋巴结效果与放射性核素99Tcm-SC是一致的,但纳米碳示踪法具有显影快而持久、无放射性、使用方便等优点,可替代放射性核素用于胃癌的临床研究。
