摘    要:双氢嘧啶脱氢酶(DPD酶)是5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)分解代谢的最主要的限速酶,与5-FU的临床疗效密切相关。作者就DPD酶缺失、测定方法、在组织中的表达、生物调节剂以及测量其活性的单克隆抗体等作一综述。

Abstract:Dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase enzyme,the key and rate-limiting enzyme for the catabolism of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU),is closely related to 5-FU clinical therapy.We reviewed of its defiency,measurement,expression in tissue,biochemical modulators and monoclonal antibody reflecting its activity in this article.
