同层CT动态增强在肺孤立结节外科治疗中的价值(附42例报告)

目的 :评价同层CT动态增强扫描在肺孤立结节外科治疗中的价值。方法 :回顾性总结手术治疗的 42例肺孤立结节病变的临床资料 ,分析CT动态增强扫描前后CT增强值的变化 ,与术后病理结果进行对照 ,研究相关性。结果 :肺癌和肺炎性结节显著强化 ,肺结核球和肺错构瘤轻度强化或不强化 ,肺癌和肺结核球在 85s和 13 5s时间段中均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :同层CT动态增强对肺孤立性结节的鉴别极有价值 ,CT动态增强中应重视淋巴结的观察 ,术前常规进行有助于手术方案的选择

Value of incremental dynamic enhanced computer tomography on surgical treatment of solitary pulmonary nodules

Objective To evaluate the value of incremental dynamic enhanced computer tomography in surgical treatment of solitary pulmonary nodules (SPNs).Methods The data of 42 cases with solitary pulmonary nodules undergone lobe-resection during 2002.5 to 2003.6 in our hospital were collected to analyse the relationship between character of postoperative dynamic enhanced CT image and pathology.Results All bronchogenic carcinoma showed significant enhancement after intravenous 100 ml iodinated contrast material.The average degree of enhancement of bronchogenic carcinoma was significantly different from that of tuberculoma and other benign lesions.Conclusion Dynamic enhanced computed tomography is very valuable in identifying the malignant nodules from benign nodules.Emphasis should be paid to the lymph nodes in the dynamic enhanced computed tomography to benefit the diagnosis and the treatment of SPN.
